In an attempt to better serve the residents of Elba Township, Property Tax, Assessing and Property Information IS NOW available through this website. You will be able to set up an account to view your own property information free of charge. If you wish to access property information on property you do not own, you may do so by paying a fee of $2.00 to the Host Company B.S. & A. on a per record basis. This may be beneficial to the residents who may be selling their properties and need to provide the information to title companies, appraisers and the realtors involved in the transaction. This information will still be available during regular business hours at the Township for those who do not have access to the internet.
